An old factory space was repurposed to create a modern live/ work space. The existing concrete floors were polished to give a beautiful yet durable finish. The architect on the project was Jason Haulter. Jason developed his design sensibilities and eye for interesting detail in the offices of Frank Gehry. Made evident in this project with the use of bright wood surfaces, throughout the space. A large cozy lofted sleeping area was incorporated with a massive storage area below to fulfill the clients needs. Large high set windows on the neighbors side bring light yet afford privacy while the front curtain wall gives floor to 16’ ceiling light. A green roof was installed encompassingin total 1700 sq ft with a comfortable deck.
