We provided a full reno of a beautiful old century house opening it up and giving it modern comfort while maintaining it’s 100 year old charm. Demolition took it down to masonry walls then all was rebuilt to level and code. Harrisbuilds provided new electrical and plumbing, and new stairs while maintaining the existing classic rails and pickets. Three full baths, four bedrooms, a steam shower, and an income generating apartment with separate entrance in the basement were built. All was accomplished in accordance with the clients wishes and desires.
